Return Policy

All orders are shipped out of our Auburn AL studio via USPS typically within 1-7 days of order.  In some instances, production time may be longer due to the handmade nature of our products.  For questions regarding your order, please contact us at support@hyb-us.com 

Returns:

We want you to love all of your Hell Ya USA products and apperal.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days for a store credit.  We ask that the items be in original condition and packaging; worn merchandise will not be accepted.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once received.  Customers are responsible for return shipping.  

Submit your return request by emailing us at support@hyb-us.com.  Once your return is approved, please package the merchandise securely including your contact information (Name, address and email) and a copy of your approval email. Then you may ship via any traceable method of your choice to our studio address provided in your approval email. 

We will send you an email once we have received the package and you will be notified once your return/exchange has been processed.  Return packages must be postmarked within 7 days after your order was delivered to received store credit.
